What am I buying?

You are purchasing a constant, always on scan for the duration of your plan (1, 3 or 7 days)

How far does it scan?

We will scan up to 5KM wide (thats up to 2.5km in radius)

Can I change the location?

No, all locations are final and you can not change the location once purchased.

My scan isn't working

Have you double checked on multiple devices? If so, email us, we can fix!

I've just purchased a scan and it looks patchy

Yep, this is expected as our workers are learning about the area, it'll return to normal shortly.

Do you offer refunds?

No, we do not offer refunds for our services.

I just opened a PayPal dispute, now what?

Your scan will automatic stop immediately and depending on the reason you will be blacklisted from purchasing in the future.
